While the band Garbage is on hiatus, singer Shirley Manson will be making a solo album. The album has no set release date, but she has begun to write. Shirley Manson is fantastic, so it should be good...then again, I thought the same thing about Gwen and her solo album. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
