Marilyn resurfaces - Gwen panics - Gavin grimaces

If you know more than the average person about Gavin Rossdale you know he was rumoured to have had a relationship with Marilyn, an androgynous singer from the 80's.  Gavin denied it as did Marilyn at the request of Gavin because Gavin's career was about to take off in the U.S. So now, after marrying and having children with Gwen Stefani, Marilyn has decided to 'out' Rossdale about their 5 year relationship, calling him, "the love of my life."

Jesus Christ.  Seriously?  Who cares?  Not only is Gavin not really relevant anymore (sorry Gav, I love you, but you're not) but Gwen is getting ready to go back out with No Doubt.  Orchestrated?  Yeah, no shit Sherlock.  Marilyn must be really broke and shame on inTouch magazine for paying for a story so old and so lame in an attempt to rock the boat and get some press at Gwen's expense.

Besides - doesn't this look illegal?  I mean, how old is Gavin here, like 12?

I'll be your Biggie, you'll be my Lil' Kim.

Leighton Meester of Gossip Girls may be appearing on the next Cobra Starship album. (I know you're cringing Sunshine.) Any good stalker knows that Gabe Saporta loves this show (as so I) so it only seems natural this a mash-up like this would happen. The song she'll be working on is, "I Make Good Girls Go Bad." How appropriate for Miss Blair Waldorf herself. ;)

Lily Allen @ The Riviera (Chicago, IL 04-12-09)

I had read she was a little scattered live but this was also from her previous, more inebriated tours. Last night, she was perfection. Refreshing, funny, adorable - I don't think there was one complaint I heard walking out of the show other than that it ran a little short at 1:15. There was a nip slip out of her corset, the call out of "dickhead" to the guy in the audience starting fights and a see-through white t-shirt during the encore which got everyone's attention. Funny thing though, I'm pretty sure at this point everyone has seen her breasts so I'm not quite sure why it was such a big deal. ha! Highlight of the evening though was her intro-ing Everything's Just Wonderful with my fav. Lily song, the Mark Ronson produced and Kaiser Chief cover, "Oh My God." Well worth the trip to Chicago.

Set List

Everyone's At It
I Could Say
Never Gonna Happen

More info on Umbrella Academy movie

As we all know Gerard Way's comic The Umbrella Academy is in the process of being made into a movie. Mark Bomback, who did the adaptation for Constantine will be handling the same duties for TUA. Constantine was pretty suck with the exception of the fabulous Gavin Rossdale so hopefully this will be better. Don't disappoint me Mark or I'll hunt you down.

Also, My Chem will be headlining Japanese festival Summer Sonic along with Beyonce and Linkin Park.

Check out this pic of Gerard and Lynn-Z. Amazing. I don't remember where Sunshine said she got it - but if you'd like credit, just send me an email.
