Dads Who Rock

In honor of Father's Day RollingStone.com has put together a few pictures of rock dads with their kids. As a daddy's girl I won't lie and say I didn't get a little misty. My Dad is the whole reason I love music. Had it not been for him and his making me guess the artist and song title for everything we heard on the rock radio stations in the 80's, I am sure I wouldn't even be sitting here typing this out at this moment. I like to joke that the first song I knew all the words to was Zeppelin's 'Black Dog' , but honestly, it probably isn't too far from the truth. Love you Daddy-o. Happy Father's Day!

HIM to begin working on new album!

It's been quite a while since HIM released Venus Doom but I am pleased to announce that after our long wait, they will begin working on a new album in August with a tentative release date of early 2010.

The working title for the new album is SCREAMWORKS: Love in Theory and Practice
