Actually, I don't really know if he is sober or not, but this letter to Axl Rose in response to Axl's lawsuit was posted on Velvet Revolver's website is beautiful. I mean, so eloquent, so emotional, so....badass. It could only have been written by someone in a reasonable state of mind...it brings a tear to my eye.
