Aerosmith Helm New Rock Festival
Classic-rock icons Aerosmith, the Steve Miller Band, former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar and Eighties hair-metal veterans Cheap Trick lead the lineup of the first Rock'N the Rally music festival in Sturgis, South Dakota, August 6th through 10th. Among others slated to perform are REO Speedwagon, Foghat, Deep Purple, John Kay with Steppenwolf, Shooter Jennings, .38 Special and the Fabulous Thunderbirds. Additional artists will be announced soon.
The five-day event coincides with the legendary annual Sturgis Bike Week, and hopes to draw on the estimated 600,000 bikers set to descend on the town of 7,000. The festival will be held in a new, $11-million amphitheater, with organizers planning to make Rock'N the Rally an annual event.
Tickets go on sale Friday at www.starticketsplus.com.

Holy shit! This is awesome. All they need is some Skynyrd and Heart and my Dad's entire cd collection would be represented. I need to go to a biker ralley. I don't know what I would do there; but I need to go.
